funfriendfact : emily was my original partner behind blackmarketfunnelcakes. in buffalo, NY. when emily was living in brooklyn, in an attempt to convince me to move there, she brilliantly suggested a business plan. we'd make a billion dollars. we would buy a fryer on wheels and peddle homemade funnel cakes to drunk people in the alleyways behind the city's most popular bars. it was genius, couldn't fail. the name came to me in a dream. on a joint trip to buffalo, we decided to invent a fashion blog and capture street style photographs of the natives for fun. they bought it. and thus blackmarketfunnelcakes was born. emily is a darling doll. obviously.
